Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 2026
Welcome to Wanderful Travel, owned and operated by Kathy Newsome Wander Company, LLC, located in Hurricane, West Virginia.
These Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) govern your use of our services and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Wanderful Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of These Conditions
Any travel inquiries, requests, or bookings submitted to Wanderful Travel confirm your acceptance of these Conditions. This authorization allows us to act on your behalf in arranging travel with third-party providers.

2. Our Role as an Independent Travel Agency
Wanderful Travel operates as a travel broker and agent on your behalf. We facilitate your travel arrangements by connecting you with third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and hotels.
We do not own, operate, or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party suppliers, which we can provide upon request.

3. Pricing and Payments
  • Prices are based on availability and may change without notice.
  • Final prices are confirmed at the time of full payment.
  • Payments made to Wanderful Travel for travel services are typically passed through to third-party suppliers.
  • If a supplier cannot fulfill its services, your remedy lies directly with that supplier.
  • Travel arrangements are not guaranteed until payment is received in full.

4. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required entry documents.
Most countries require at least six months’ passport validity from your return date. Wanderful Travel can offer guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry or issues related to incomplete travel documentation.
For up-to-date information, visit travel.state.gov.

5. Travel Insurance
Wanderful Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, illness, injury, or lost luggage.
Insurance can be purchased through your Wanderful Travel consultant at the time of booking.

6. Health and Vaccinations
Travelers are responsible for meeting all health and vaccination requirements for their destination(s). Consult a healthcare professional before travel for current recommendations.
Health and entry requirements can change, and Wanderful Travel cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by non-compliance.

7. Amendments, Cancellations, and Fees
Changes or cancellations may result in penalties from suppliers. These can range up to 100% of the booking cost depending on timing and terms.
You agree to reimburse Wanderful Travel for any supplier-imposed fees resulting from cancellations or amendments initiated by you.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government actions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of gross negligence, Wanderful Travel is not liable for:
  • Third-party errors, service failures, or negligence
  • Lost profits, missed connections, or indirect damages
  • Any injury, loss, or delay caused by factors beyond our control
Your legal recourse for travel issues lies with the third-party provider.

10. Privacy Policy
By providing personal information to Wanderful Travel, you consent to its use for booking purposes and communication with third-party suppliers.
Your data will not be sold or used outside the scope of your travel arrangements.

11. Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of West Virginia.

12. Vendor Closure or Bankruptcy
In the event a travel supplier ceases operations or declares bankruptcy, Wanderful Travel will assist you in pursuing available remedies or alternative options but cannot guarantee refunds or replacement services.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against such events.
